The Scantek Calibration Laboratory is accredited for various sound and vibration instruments. Scantek, Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rion-Norsonic, with main office located in Columbia, MD.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Columbia, MD, with flexibility for some remote work. The Vibro-Acoustic Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales within a region or product segment of various Acoustical or Vibration related measurement instruments, developing strategic accounts, developing new business development opportunities, developing sales strategies, and identifying business opportunities for vibro-acoustic solutions. The Vibro-Acoustic Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing technical sales support to customers, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior success in sales and business development skills.
• Technical and product knowledge in vibro-acoustics measurement.
• Experience in direct sales and business/key-account development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, PC literate.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Acoustics, Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Experience in the sound and vibration industry, building acoustics is a plus.

Employment Type:​Full-time

Compensation:​Base + Bonus, based on experience level.
