Internship Overview

We’re offering a Product Management Internship focused on our innovative wool acoustic panels. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, learn the fundamentals of sustainable product development, and contribute to real-world projects that promote healthier, more sustainable spaces.

What You'll Do

● Support the development and testing of wool-based sound panels
● Collaborate with R&D, production, and marketing teams to assist in product lifecycle stages
● Help research materials, competitive products, and industry trends
● Participate in vendor communication and materials sourcing
● Assist with customer feedback analysis and product improvement recommendations
● Contribute to documentation, compliance research, and go-to-market planning

What We're Looking For

● Currently pursuing a degree in Product Design, Engineering, Environmental Science, Acoustics, or related fields
● Strong interest in sustainable products and building materials
● Curious, collaborative, and organized with excellent communication skills
● A desire to learn about product development, from concept to market
● Familiarity with acoustic materials or sound performance is a plus, but not required

Internship Details

● Location: On-site in Reno, NV (some flexibility may be available)
● Schedule: Part-time or full-time, depending on availability and school commitments
● Compensation: Paid internship
● Duration: Spring, Summer 2025, with potential to extend
