Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution is currently searching for one Postdoctoral Investigator to join the Ocean Acoustics and Signals Laboratory in the Applied Ocean Physics & Engineering (AOPE) Department. This is temporary, full-time, exempt positions, and is eligible for benefits. The initial appointments will be for 24 months.
The project will investigate underwater sound propagation physics and ocean acoustic technologies to sense, characterize and analyze marine environments. Research will be conducted both in the laboratory and at sea.

While the primary focus of the work will be in research, the Postdoctoral Investigator will have the opportunity to participate in educational and outreach activities associated with the project.
