Position Summary:
The New Jersey Institute of Technology is searching for a Post Doctoral Research Associate to join the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Essential Functions:
Conduct research in sound propagation in the ocean, inverse problems, statistical signal processing, and uncertainty quantification.

Prerequisite Qualifications:
– Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Ocean Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:
The candidate is expected to have experience with models for sound propagation in the ocean, inverse problems, statistical signal processing, uncertainty quantification, and scientific computing.
