Per V. Brüel celebrates his 100th Birthday on 6 March 2015

The Acoustical Society of America sends greetings to Per V. Brüel on the occasion of his 100th birthday

The Acoustical Society of America and its members have benefited from Per Brüel’s long-time association with the Society as well as through his many engineering achievements beginning with the development of the world’s first acoustic analyzer over 70 years ago.  His collaborations with Viggo Kjaer have resulted in a quieter world which has benefited mankind.
