How to Post a Job Opening on ASA Home Page

The cost to post a job opening is $200 for each job title. Listing will be posted for a maximum of 2 months or will be removed prior to the end of the 2-month period upon request. The charge to extend the listing beyond 2 months is $100 per month.

Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card and must be made at the time the ad is placed. Please download the payment form and fax it to (631) 923-2875. Payments may also be made by check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank to: Acoustical Society of America, Suite 300, 1305 Walt Whitman Road, Melville, NY 11747-4300.

Job openings with different position titles for the same employer cannot be combined. However, a listing seeking to fill multiple positions with the same position title for one employer will be considered one listing.

Ads should be sent in  Word format. Please see a current listing for format. No special formats can be accommodated. To post an opening, send the text of the job listing to the Acoustical Society of America at asa@acousticalsociety.org.

The ad will be posted within two business days of receipt of listing. Credit card will be charged and the 2 month posting period will begin on the day the position is posted.
